Mexico Ranches For Sale: Property Tours Available

So now you are ready to see some ranches in Mexico. Great, we're ready to take you! We typically schedule visits for the 1st week of each month, but if that doesn't work for you let us know. You will have an American and a Mexican host for each couple, and you may also bring additional people. They will be responsible for their own meals, lodging, etc. You will be our guest and there is no high pressure sales here. If you come and decide not to buy, we're still glad you came.

Typical itinerary:
Day 1. Meet in Eagle Pass, TX, where we store your car at noon. We can also pick you up in Austin or San Antonio at the airport (extra fee). We take you to the immigration office to get a 7 day visa. We will be doing all the driving for your first trip, so that you can take it all in. Drive to Cuidad Melchor Muzquiz (3 hours). Eat steak dinner, retire to Gordos Sabinas Hotel.

Day 2. Tour up to 3 available ranches by truck. This is time consuming, so lunch will be served at one of the ranches. Helicopter tours are available as well. Fees are around $700 for about 3 hours and up to 3 people. Dinner at El Calvio Ranch, served outdoors with singing cowboy entertainment.

Day 3. Revisit any ranch that you would like to view again. Also available is horseback riding, or you can just sit back and enjoy yourself. We typically head back for the border at 1-2 pm. We will return you to where you were picked up.

Additional days can be scheduled for about $300 per day per couple.

Here's what you will need to bring:

Valid ID.
Birth Certificate (certified with seal).
Passport.
Walking Shoes.
Comfortable cloths.
$500 deposit that will credit in the event that you purchase a property.
Camera.
$300 spending money is recommended, but all meals, gas, and hotels are on us.

Here's what you shouldn't bring:

Guns/bullets, even spent casings.
Drugs unless they are prescription.
Weapons of any kind.
Cell phones (unless they are telcel brand).
