Mexico's greatest asset is its people. Ask any rancher who has ever had a cowboy from Melchor Muzquiz and they will tell you that these cowboys need no training. We have some of the world's best cowboys for hire, and believe it or not they are very affordable. You say, "I cannot manage a cowboy in Mexico, I live in New York City!". Thats not a problem either. We have Email and Fax in service to keep your ranch earning while you're at work in the USA. At the time of hiring, you will set the cowboys' priorities. We will check on them as well as deliver groceries and wages. We can email and fax you completed items, and you may change work priorities. This is all done from your home or office in the USA.
Managed Cowboys; $9,500 US per year.
This includes food and you supply room at your ranch. These are not 9 to 5 guys, and you won't hear a complaint out of them. They are very happy to work for you, and they will do whatever it takes to make the "Patron" happy.

Typically a 3,000-5,000 acre ranch can easily be run by 2 managed cowboys. The do work such as riding and repairing fences, herding goats, working cattle, ranch chores, and some can even build structures.

If you don't wish to ranch livestock, but just want a getaway home-away-from-home, we can offer part time help to do house and property maintenance. We can also just schedule inspections at your ranch to let you know the conditions.
